Leslie,
I have been a big fan of yours and was sorry to find out you had to leave Memphis. After attending your first “meet the chef” at Encore, I thought it was a great idea and was looking forward to a series of those! So I must ask, why are you still blogging on the CA from Seattle?
For those of us still stuck in Memphis please consider relinquishing the blog to someone like Fredric Koeppel so that we can maintain the latest news and commentary on more relevant topics for the dining and food scene in Memphis.

Jeff, if I want info on the dining and food scene in Memphis I do still have Fredric and Jennifer to fall back on. However, if I want to read or participate in witty banter, food tips/tricks and learn the whereabouts of hard-to-find ingredients, this is the blog for me. Too bad you were somehow under the impression that you were speaking for all of us. Leslie, we understand that you have new obligations in Seattle but I hope you’ll continue to blog periodically.
