The past few years, we’ve started buying our turkey already cooked from Corky’s or the Germantown Commissary. Then, Thanksgiving Day we make all the side dishes. Everyone in the family is allowed one request, so we always end up with a couple of non-traditional dishes like lasagna or spinach dip.
