“A reunion for employees and cusomers of the “old” Patrick’s restaurant will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4 beginning at 6 p.m. at “new” Patrick’s, 4972 Park.

When the location on Spottswood closed in December of 2004 after losing its lease (following a 12-year run), then-owner Pat Scanlon was not sure if he would be opening another location, so many of the employees took other jobs and many of the customers found other “haunts.”

A few months after closing the original location, the new Patrick’s on Park opened with some of the same employees. However, only a couple of months after opening the new location, Pat Scanlon and his co-owners sold the restaurant, and now only a few of the original employees remain.

As many of the employees and customers from “old” Patrick’s have lost touch, this reunion will allow those friends to catch up.”

Anyone been to Patrick’s lately? Any good? I heard that they were adding BBQ to the menu.
