Taking stock of supplies… and found a stash of blueberries from this summer. So, made a blueberry cobbler, while talking to my Aunt on the phone. Good thing, too, because she offered advice on the crust. We’ll see how it turns out.
I hope in my next life I’m more organized, but try not to beat myself up… just enjoy the little surprises I find deep in the recesses of the pantry/fridge/freezer.

A former roommate and I used to refer to the “potato incident” but that’s a story for another time. Speaking of berries, my honey cleaned out his freezer when he left for Europe and I ended up with a huge bag of frozen mixed berries. I put a spoonful or two in my oatmeal almost every morning. Yum…natural sugar.
