I don’t have a wine cellar (though I covet all the ones I see!!) but I was recently visiting a friend, who is a developer in Chicago. She has taken to using the sides of old wine boxes as trim between the crown mouldings and the wine racks in her cellars. It looked great, and she said that it’s an inexpensive way to add a little flair to the room. I’m sure she’d be happy to give you a quote for your if you’d like, though she’s not from here.
