After the stellar Memphis premiere of the documentary “Whole Hog” by Joe York at the Memphis Brooks Museum, I’ve had a bunch of people asking how they can purchase a copy of it… here are the details, from Southern Foodways Alliance:

“To buy the DVD, send a check payable to the SFA for $25 ($20 DVD, $5 shipping). Include an address card that we may use as a mailing label, and write WHOLE HOG on the memo line of the check. When the money is received, the DVD will be mailed.”
